- Become a knowledgeable resource within our marketing team, specifically focused on tactical communications in partnership with other in-house marketing team members
- Facilitate the rollout of a refreshed brand through powerful and consistent messaging and voice
- Execute copy across a wide range of deliverables – sell sheets, social posts, blogs, videos, digital campaigns – and a range of internal customers, starting with Client Business and also including Client Corporate, Sustainability, positive Client , and HR.
- Encourage consistency in voice, messaging, and style at all customer touchpoints
- Partner and collaborate with our brand design, digital, and account team members
- Cultivate continuity with the work of the rest of Client Business’ cross-functional writers
- Advance cross-functional relationships within marketing and beyond
- Embrace the functionality of our internal project management system, using it to manage the delivery of content from start to finish
- Maintain an active presence in the flow of each job assignment, monitoring its status and alerting team members when tasks fall behind schedule or need adjusting
- A bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Advertising or Marketing from a four-year college or university
- Minimum of 5+ years of agency experience including at least 5 years of marketing experience or equivalent experience in investigative news, reporting, journalism
- Excellent time-management, people and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude, motivated, independent worker
- Familiarity with the creative development process
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects from start to finish
- Ability to operate in a fluid environment
- Self-starter and team player, collaborating on decisions and taking actions to drive the best outcomes Working Conditions
