Job Title: Quality Control Inspector 1st shift and 2nd shift
Main Objective of Job:
Inspect saw and machined API 5CT, Semi Premium, and Premium Couplings, while maintaining quality and safety standards. As well as keeping record of inspected parts to API and Customer specifications.
Preferred experience:
Knowledgeable of inspecting parts to API 5CT standards.
Education/ Qualification:
High school or technical School education or 1-year experience.
Duties, Responsibilities & Key tasks:
Ensure the Inspection of API or Customer specific Quality Products.
Must be able to set up/use calipers, OD/ID micrometers, Lead gages, Taper gages, Plug/Ring gages, MRP Gages, Bore Gages, Roll gages, depth gages, Optical Comparator.
Able to read API and customer specific drawings.
Essential functions:
This position is exposed to the following work environment factors and must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation:
Stand for extended periods of time bend and heavy lifting. Load, unload connections, handling equipment and accessories. Use hands to handle, grasp, hold equipment
Be able occasionally physically carry up to 50 lbs.
Be able to work in hot, cold, and rain work environment
