Position Overview:
This role combines customer service and warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries and troubleshooting over the phone, manage daily paperwork, and assist with packing, shipping, and general warehouse tasks. A strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask are key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and professional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Process and organize daily paperwork, orders, and records accurately.
Prepare, pack, and ship products following company procedures.
Assist with warehouse operations such as receiving, organizing, and restocking inventory.
Ensure warehouse and work areas remain clean, safe, and organized.
Operate a forklift or assist with forklift operations (if certified).
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience required.
Prior warehouse experience preferred.
Forklift certification or experience is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, order entry systems, etc.).
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to lift up to [60lbs] and stand for extended periods as needed.
