Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Inventory
A wholesaler/distributor company in Southwest Houston is looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team! This full-time position involves various warehouse tasks, including stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory, as well as supporting the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Manager as needed.
We’re seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking individuals who can adapt to daily tasks and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment according to orders
Securely pack and ship orders using UPS, FedEx, and USPS software
Conduct daily inventory counts and stock organization
Assist in unloading incoming shipments
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
Follow company safety and operational procedures
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills required
Ability to read, write, and speak English (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
Punctual, responsible, and committed to their work schedule
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
