Admin Responsibilities:

Work closely with the CEO and CTO to support scheduling and communications.

Support the team in creating and maintaining consistency and efficiencies in communications.

Manage the day-to-day ordering needs of office supplies or materials that may be critical for operations.

Assist with communications to customers.

Prepare and manage monthly invoices for customers based on sales data provided.

Assist with the collection and review of all monthly expenses and outbound payments.

Ensure the company’s shared calendar of key tasks is maintained and continually communicated to the team.

Assist with inventory audits and checks for all in-house mobile device inventory.

Mobile Support Responsibilities:

Lead and support one of the most critical and fastest growing areas of the company.

Perform data erasures, testing, and configuration of mobile devices.

Monitor and help manage our eBay store and broker connections for reselling devices we receive as part of our buyback services.

Assist with creating and improving processes that drive efficiencies.

Support logistics needs for getting devices quickly to and from customers.

Remotely support and troubleshoot devices for users via primarily video calls.
