This is a challenging, part-time work from a home office and with room for development and advancement.
Swimming pool business needs administrative assistant, for three to four days, selected during the week (with some Saturday).
Growing company with potential for full-time work later in the year.
Candidate must live in our geographical area in Conroe, Spring, Willis, or The Woodlands.
Any applicants that are beyond the geographical areas will be rejected.
Wide range of office administrative tasks.
Organize construction projects to process the various phases.
Must know how to use basic level but be proficient with programs below.
Word Document
Excel basic spreadsheets for inventory
PDF (but easy to learn if you know how to use Word and Excel).
Organize inventory
Inspect documents for quality control.
Maintaining lead flow
Liaisons with the CAD department for construction plans:
Liaisons with 3D design department to collect 3D images.
Filing, stapling, opening and closing duties, coffee making,
Deliver some permits or plans or small parts to the job locations in Conroe or The Woodlands.
Assist in creating your own procedures
Requirements
Proficient in Word Doc & Excel Spreadsheets
Own transportation and driver’s license
Use a computer, word doc, some basic Adobe, and basic Excel
Ideally, the applicant wants to become 100% autonomous and have greater flexibility and do some work from home.
