Self motivated - Much of the work is performed independently. This will be a one person office .
Excellent communication skills - Customer service is our number one priority.
Answering phones with a professional attitude and helpful tone
Scheduling appointments
Coordinating jobs with the customer and crews
Keeping up paperwork including invoicing & filing
Calling appointments to confirm prior to the work beginning or consultations
Follow up calls for all jobs and estimates

-Attention to detail, responding to emails, answering phones, taking messages, filing, maintaining records and customer files, ordering inventory and various other office duties as needed and continuous customer support.
-Maintaining a customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
Previous admin, customer service/sales experience preferred.
Bilingual a plus
