Rapidly expanding Grooming Business seeks a Customer Service Representative with Pet Experience. Candidate will book appointments and assist clients and groomers with customer service issues. This position is 30/40 hours weekly
Schedule will change weekly and does require some Saturday or Sunday's. Office Hours are Monday thru Friday from 7:30AM to 5:30PM and Sat/Sunday 8AM to 5PM.
Candidate must have worked in a pet service environment and be computer literate, multi tasker, able to work independently to resolve customer issues, have proper phone Etiquette.
