D365 CRM Administrator

I am currently working with an individual and family services organization that is looking to bring on a Hybrid Dynamics CRM Administrator since the company is urgently hiring for this role and are actively interviewing! They are looking for candidates with the following:

Roles & Responsibilities

Create and maintain system customizations to dashboards, business processes, work flows, etc.
Provides help desk support to all system users
Develops and maintains CRM training materials
Provides ongoing training to users (on-site/Teams)

Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of working experience with MS D365
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Information Systems
Experience with Sales and Field Service modules
Power Apps experience preferred
Dynamics CRM certification preferred
Willing to travel 25%
