- Create and maintain system customizations to dashboards, business processes, work flows, etc.
- Provides help desk support to all system users
- Develops and maintains CRM training materials
- Provides ongoing training to users (on-site/Teams)
- 3-5 years of working experience with MS D365
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Information Systems
- Experience with Sales and Field Service modules
- Power Apps experience preferred
- Dynamics CRM certification preferred
- Willing to travel 25%
