Job Description:
Latinos Unidos Auto Sales is seeking a dedicated and experienced Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, excellent computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and collect on overdue accounts
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Utilize CRM software and other computer applications to track and manage collections
Communicate effectively with customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding debts
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
Proven experience in collections, preferably in the automotive industry
Proficiency in using computer applications, including CRM software
Bilingual (Spanish and English) - must be able to speak, read, and write both languages fluently
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
