The Sales Coordinator should be licensed organized and calm when under pressure. Bi-linqual a plus. Applicant should be timely, responsible, and reliable. To qualify for this position, a minimum of two years of Real Estate experience is required. Please do not respond if you are not licenced, Inactive acceptable. The person will work closely with the Transaction Coordinator, broker, and agents. A sales coordinator should understand the basics of residential real estate and contract forms. The applicant should have strong communication skills to assist clients and agents.

Real estate transactions are extremely time-sensitive, and the applicant should be able to multi-task well.

Perform calmly and professionally and act intuitively to keep a transaction moving successfully. Must be a team player!

Responsibilities:

Assist with buyer/seller conversion and retention.

Support agents in the maintenance, follow-up, and documentation of their transactions.

Keep files up to date in the RBO office System data platform (Cloud File Storage)

Follow up during the loan qualification process to ensure the transaction closes on time.

Verify that all required signatures and initials are on the contract and addenda.

Verify that all required addenda are included with the contract.

Manage appointment and activity calendars

Open the file with the escrow or title company.

Open and update the title search.

Send copies of the contract to the other agent, buyer, seller, and lender (as directed by the agent).

Create a summary sheet containing all parties’ contact information, the property address, and the property photo.

Create a Web-based transaction file with secure access for agents and their clients to monitor the transaction.

Upload documents for shared viewing.

Send deadline reminders as needed throughout the transaction.

Follow up with the escrow company, lender, and other agents as needed.

Ensure that all paperwork is provided to all parties.

Follow up with the escrow or title company on the closing.

Upon closing, send a thank You Card) and "Just Sold" electronic postcards on the agent’s behalf.

Thirty days after closing, remind the agent to connect with his or her former client.

Skills/Qualifications:

Texas Real Estate License required Inactive ok-Bilingual a plus

Loan Processing Experience a plus

2 Years Min. Office Administration

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Proficiency with HAR, MLS

Email Marketing and social media

Strong Communication Skills
