- Responsible for enhancing & maintaining our reporting and analytics suite for our Premier & Elite customer service clientele
- Support Line of Directors and Operational Managers with reporting questions and issues
- Provide quality review and sign off for new data queries & dashboards in development
- Work with technical teams to review and troubleshoot reporting and data issues
- Document processes, best practices, and reporting requirements
- Work with cross functional teams to leverage more efficient business intelligence processes / architecture
- Translate highly technical concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
- Uncover the true unmet need of our business partners, and deliver solutions that make it simple for them to answer their most pressing questions
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year experience working with SQL or performing data analysis (or equivalent)
- 1+ year experience working with data in Excel, Tableau, PowerBI (or equivalent)
- Experience in analysis, problem solving, follow-through, and resolution
- Creativity and strong willingness to think outside the box when building solutions
- STS(Spark Thrift Server) development experience
- Alteryx development experience
- Snowflake development experience
- Intermediate level of database structures & design
- Project management experience
- Health care or insurance data background
- Predictive Analytics or Data Science experience
- Agile and scrum experience
- Competent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
