Title: Intelex Production Support Location: 100% Remote (Houston, TX HQ) Type: 1-1.5 year contract (possibility of extension or full time) Tasks / Responsibilities:
- Work directly with users to understand and resolve issues
- Complete System Enhancements/Improvements
- Work within a team to complete agile sprints
- Troubleshoot issues
Intelex Expertise: - System Administration
- Application Configuration
- Understanding of the Intelex Framework
- Experience with HSE Incident Management, Audit Management, Inspection Management, Action Plans, JSA, and BBS Intelex Modules
- Views, Business Rules, Action Handlers, Workflows, Notifications, Import Templates
Minimum Essential Qualifications: - Excellent communication, organization, and time-management
- Absolute commitment to customer service and a "can-do " attitude.
- Ability to analytically solve problems
