Supervise day to day activities of the Quality Control functionEnsure that the personnel assigned to the Quality function are properly trained and that their skills are maintained at an acceptable level. Manage continuous development improvement for Quality team members.Maintain and assure effectiveness of quality systems for the companyMaintain high standards in lab practices and protocolFoster integration of quality into daily operationsEnsure that appropriate Quality Management Systems are implemented and maintained to maximize prime production and minimize customer complaintsInterface with customers and business partners. Prepare customer and management presentations
