Expanding plaintiff's personal injury firm located on the outskirts of Downtown Houston (Museum District) is looking to fill multiple personal injury intake positions. Our practice includes work in the areas of general personal injury, auto-accidents, and mass tort intake. We take pride in providing quality legal representation and recognize that the client's best interest is always the priority.

We are currently seeking energetic and experienced call center personnel as well as support staff to work as part of our mass tort intake team. The right candidates will be self motivated, very organized, detail oriented, possess exceptional writing and communication skills and most importantly be team players and hard workers who care about doing a good job for our clients. Candidates will be professional and have a polished presentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Specific responsibilities would include making and answer phone calls from firm-generated leads, discussing specific issues with potential clients, entering the date into the firm database, sending out contracts, and following up with potential and current clients. Additional responsibilities and an opportunity for growth are available.

SKILLS : The ideal employee should be well-spoken, exhibit an understanding and caring demeanor, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, have superior organizational skills, display great attention to detail, possess professional client interaction skills, and be able to prioritize multiple assignments while meeting last minute deadlines. If you have worked for a law firm, an insurance company, a doctor's office, or another professional setting and you feel you qualify then we invite you to submit your information as we often train our own staff.

SALARY : $10.00 - $13.00 per hour. Salary is commensurate with experience and skill set. Please submit current pay information with resume.

COMMENTS : We are looking for someone with great work ethics and who will be a dedicated and professional employee. This person needs to be a team player and have an "I want to help" attitude. Only qualified candidates will be considered. Call center or legal intake experience and proficiency with Needles Case Management software is a plus.
