Job Description Responsible for developing into an expert in Disputes processes, rules, databases and interfaces. Runs all aspects of day to day production support, client support, and UAT / implementation activities for all semi-annual release install and any off-cycle implementation activities with assistance and oversight available.

This role is based out of the Houston (TX) office.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to develop thorough knowledge of Disputes function to assist in managing day to day production support and provide troubleshooting assistance.

• Assists in the development content and for participating in Dispute overview sessions with clients, primarily Issuers and Acquirers.

• Assists in defining future content for the Dispute Rules Manual and assists in the development team in identifying changes which have rules impact.

• Develops and delivers Disputes Overview training and communications for Operation Centers, Account Executives and Field Sales when applicable.

Qualifications You'll Need

The Basics

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

• In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in payments, customer service, or management

Bonus Points If You Have

• 2+ years of experience in payments

• Client facing experience/excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong Excel and Tableau skills

• EFT/disputes experience and knowledge
