Our office is located in Sugar Land which you will come to once a week usually, but your sales calls will be all over Houston. We need someone who can go to the customer's house and do a detailed inspection on their tablet including photos and try to sell the customer most or all of your recommendations. We have a selling process that we need you to follow, and we need our customers to like and trust you enough to say yes. Our sales are truly an on the spot one call close 90% of the time. You cannot be afraid to ask for anywhere from $500-$50,000 from a customer. Because our sales involve fixing things around their house, you will need a basic construction knowledge. We need you to start ASAP.
You will need a reliable, presentable vehicle that can carry a ladder. So please don't contact us if you don't have one. We will reimburse you for miles.
