Job Description:As a Tech Lead, you should have minimum 2 full time implementation experience in Anaplan. Model Optimization and NEW UX is must.Ability to support the existing model and drive conversations with customer independentlyAbility to independently carry out development with the help of the user stories. Creation of Lists, Modules, Actions, Dashboards (New UX), ALM is must.Should be able to work supporting Canadian customer and its working time zonesWell versed with any issue/defect management tools such as JIRA or equivalentAbility to respond within SLAsExcellent communication from customer standpoint. Ability to perform stakeholder managementAbility to perform root cause of the problem and come up with consulting approach towards tactical and strategic solutionWell versed with Anaplan lists, modules, optimization techniques, ALM, testing and documentationExperience in managing mid-size team (5-7) is preferred
