- Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelors or master's degree or equivalent.
- Agile and program management qualifications (SAFe, PMP, Scrum Master or similar)
- 10 or more years of related work experience
- Proven track record of cross company cultural development programs
- Strong reporting skills with attention to detail, customer first, agile and lean thinking
- High degree of flexibility and the ability to work within a fluid, constantly changing environment
- Highly developed collaboration, conflict resolution, and relationship building skills
- Proven ability to work with/influence across functions within the organization to achieve actionable results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including group facilitation
- Ability to apply good judgement, discretion and sensitivity when engaging core team members and stakeholders across the organization on programs
- Working with business and project leaders to quickly secure their trust, so they see you as a business partner and problem solver
- Solving problems quickly and effectively with solid business reasoning to execute daily with agile methodologies.
- Open to feedback with a growth mindset to learn new things while working
- Strong Networking skills and proven experience in cross-functional organizations.
