McLane Global is rapidly growing and has an immediate opening for a Dynamics Administrator to join out IT Department. The Dynamic Administrator directly leads all efforts for Dynamics AX administration and improvements, and is primarily responsible for maintenance, controls, data integrity, functionality, troubleshooting, integrations, change management, and improvements related to Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
Responsibilities:
Ensure design and configuration of ERP system meets business process owners' requirements. and clearly communicate status of resolution, and recommendations to prevent reoccurrence.
Management and coordination of Dynamics parties as needed.
Evaluate business requirements and provide business process owners with various options to meet those requirements with estimated costs.
Provide support in addressing all Help Desk tickets related to Dynamics AX issues, requests, and security needs.
Research and analyze all aspects of existing business practices and procedures.
Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
Create detailed plans for execution and implementation of new processes.
Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation and providing technical system support and ongoing training.
Participate in cross-functional team meetings to develop and implement business solutions.
Monitor data integrity within Dynamics AX ERP System and escalate issues to responsible parties.
Actively participate and engage in disaster recovery tasks and execute tasks based on priorities, resources, capabilities, and recovery capacities.
Integration mapping and design assistance in Dynamics AX.
Dynamics AX solution design documents review and updates.
Implement, support and maintain integrations to other systems and solutions.
Assist with code promotion and export/import between Dynamics AX environments.
Interact with the support team/business users, debug and derive technical issues to resolution.
Perform UAT and smoke tests on production environment.
Business Integration Solution from To-Increase to load data into the ERP for project work. DIXF entity and template design will be required through knowledge of the structure and relationships of various AX tables (custom and standard tables). This includes helping with test loads, analyzing bad data, and troubleshooting to determine what data is problematic.
Support bolt-on technologies to AX. This includes To-Increase Product Engineering, SKSoft Treasury Suite, CCH Sales Tax Office, Data Masons, Basware, and many others. Ability to self-educate on these types of technologies much be demonstrated.
Manage special projects as needed for enhancements to or implementation of any of the supported Applications.
Ensure all ERP Support SLAs are meet and consistently maintained for all of Support Incidents handled.
