Bayland is hiring for Entry Level Computer Repair Tech / Warehouse Associate near 290/Mangum. This is a full-time position.

Monday - Friday

9:00am - 6:00pm

Bayland is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of a Computer Tech/ Warehouse associate. This position will require the candidate to have some knowledge of computer components, incoming and outgoing shipment data entry, assistance with day to day tasks at the warehouse. Assistance with packing and shipping products.

Role and Responsibilities:

Test computers and LCD monitors for defects and submit a report.

Keep a log of all incoming and outgoing shipments

Prepare clean and pack computers and LCD monitors

Prepare for day to day warehouse tasks and duties, including but not limited to, moving pallets, boxes, assistance with organizing the work area, performing quality control and tests on computer hardware and software.

Disassembles machines to examine parts, for wear or defects, using hand or power tools and measuring devices

Advises management call concerning equipment operation, maintenance, or requests.

May communicate with or conducts rework to ensure successful and efficient repair of units

Reassembles machines after making repairs or replacing parts

Analyzes equipment performance assess equipment functioning

Cleans, or adjusts mechanical parts to maintain machines' operating efficiency and to prevent breakdowns or repeat return for repair

Inspects units for cosmetic defects and reports findings

Maintains repair parts inventories and places order for any additional parts needed for repairs

Learns and uses new processes and procedures as needed in the warehouse and the repair line

Other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager

Education, Training, and Skills:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

1 year of experience assembling /disassembling, testing, troubleshooting and repairing computers

Experience using hand power tools required

Must be able to speak, read and write English

Advanced knowledge of computer hardware

Work with close supervision
