About the Role:
JLS Real Estate is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to support our growing team. This role requires someone with strong technical expertise to manage hardware, software, and network systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
Set up and maintain office equipment, including printers and workstations.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
Ensure seamless communication systems, including VoIP, email, and collaboration tools.
Provide technical support to team members for day-to-day IT needs.
Maintain and upgrade systems to improve performance and security.
Qualifications:
Strong experience in IT support, including hardware and network troubleshooting.
Familiarity with configuring and managing printers, routers, and communication systems.
Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
