IT Technician
We will rely on your experience and professionalism to perform the following responsibilities:
Test all equipment before sending to sales department
Grade equipment by physical status
Assist on any technical questions asked by customers
Ensure all data on drives/tapes has been wiped
Repair computer equipment
Communicate with team on projects
Data entry
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, abilities, and attributes:
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
Technical background required
Comfortable surfing the web
