Knowledgeable in all things maintenance to run tickets and assist with other property tasks.
Some duties include but are not limited to: assessing and repairing appliances, garbage disposals, caulking, fixing door handles, unclogging toilets, digging holes for plumbing repairs, painting curbs, power washing, painting, etc.
Very active job, up and down stairs, in and out of apartments, lifting, climbing ladders, etc.
Seeking someone with common sense that can follow directions and fix things. Anyone (mostly anyone) can replace things. We need them FIXED.
