We are looking for a motivated full time maintenance lead tech for around 275 units requirements include:
- HVAC Certification (at lease 2 years of experience)
- Expert in plumbing (replacing water heaters, faucets, snake lines, etc)
- Certified Pool Operator License
- Electrical
- Painting & texture
- Must know how make ready units
- Strong organization and management skills
- Computer skills
- Must have truck, experience, HVAC license, and valid drivers license
- Must be on call after hours during rotations
Duties include:
- Repair/Replace HVAC
- Leading maintenance staff
- Ordering parts/supplies
- Make ready units
Employee is required to live on site, holiday pay,benefits include health with competitive pay.
Hours are from: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
Compensation: DOE with bonuses
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour
