Machine Ice Co. is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Service Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is skilled in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing refrigeration systems for commercial and residential clients. Responsibilities:
Service and repair refrigeration systems including Ice Machines, undercounter commercial equipment,
walk-in coolers, and freezers.
Diagnose issues, perform system checks, and ensure optimal operation of equipment.
Install new refrigeration systems as needed.
Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure systems are running efficiently.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding service issues and recommendations.
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Refrigeration Service Technician or similar role.
Knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
EPA Certification (Type I and Type II or universal).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred: Valid Driver's license Needed
