I'm looking for bids on demolishing and removing carpet & existing tile (about 500 sq feet of each) & installing tiles. I will buy the tiles from home depot, I have an existing project loan with them, so it makes sense for me to all of the materials on this loan instead of paying you to buy materials.
So this job is labor only, but I need to know what other materials you need. I have spacers already, but during demo, let me know if you need leveler (its a slab foundation), or anything else and I'll go buy it.

We are taking out the wall between the dinning room and the living room, which includes the bar and book case, as well as the wall between the living room and breakfast nook. Wife and baby are going out of town for this, so we need to work within a tight timeline.
