- Manage full data lifecycle to lead productivity and compliance.
- Lead the company data privacy and governance project in partnership with our external advisors.
- Strategize, implement, and improve policies, procedures, and processes.
- Lead data mapping, designing, and processing.
- Solve complex privacy and data issues successfully in partnership with our senior leaders and external advisors.
- Assess and audit the company's operations to identify potential privacy risk areas.
- Identify data privacy training needs, supports development of training programs, and conducts training on a wide variety of privacy topics.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience (Data Governance and Data Privacy)
- Experience working in the privacy field and familiar with the GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, LGPD, and other privacy laws.
- Knowledge of general USA, European, Asian, and Middle Eastern compliance laws is preferred.
- Experience leading and implementing Data Governance processes and policies.
- Experience working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience in Consumer Goods, Cosmetics, Retail is preferred.
- Experience in training and educating teams on Data Privacy, Compliance and Governance.
- Experience in Project Management.
