DescriptionThe main Responsibilities are:

  • Manage full data lifecycle to lead productivity and compliance.
  • Lead the company data privacy and governance project in partnership with our external advisors.
  • Strategize, implement, and improve policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Lead data mapping, designing, and processing.
  • Solve complex privacy and data issues successfully in partnership with our senior leaders and external advisors.
  • Assess and audit the company's operations to identify potential privacy risk areas.
  • Identify data privacy training needs, supports development of training programs, and conducts training on a wide variety of privacy topics.

ProfileThe main Qualifications are:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience (Data Governance and Data Privacy)
  • Experience working in the privacy field and familiar with the GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, LGPD, and other privacy laws.
  • Knowledge of general USA, European, Asian, and Middle Eastern compliance laws is preferred.
  • Experience leading and implementing Data Governance processes and policies.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience in Consumer Goods, Cosmetics, Retail is preferred.
  • Experience in training and educating teams on Data Privacy, Compliance and Governance.
  • Experience in Project Management.
