Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with Product, Dev, QA and trial to create E2E release schedule;
  • E2E defect review with stakeholder teams - Consolidating defects, and establish prioritization, defect tracking call
  • Create release notes, trial entry and refresh reports
  • Work with dev/product stakeholders to provide specific feature change documentation, Improvement clarifications and any additional documentation as requested by the stakeholder teams for their training purposes
  • Trial Readiness, coordination & Support - Suport Alpha, Beta, product trials; Work closely with the trial teams to ascertain trial/product readiness, attend trial related calls, talk through trial defects and issues raised, Coordinate with support teams and relay accurate status to trial teams
  • Post deployment Release Reporting & Monitoring: Establish standardized reporting format, Incorporate any changes requested by the CFT teams based on their review, Work with support teams to generate and send out reports to the stakeholder teams
  • Monitor product and operational KPIs that have been established and drive root cases and resolution
  • Build a prioritized project plan based on product roadmap and schedule and track items with the teams to completion; Foresee risks to deliverable completion, call out in advance, build mitigation plans
  • Work with respective support leads to predict hardware/software needs based on product roadmap schedule and procure in advance so the support teams have everything they need to support the product post launch
  • Weekly Status Reporting to leadership teams- Establish a standard reporting format for teams to report to executive leadership; Tracking, coordinating with various teams and making sure all updates are available in a timely fashion.
  • Regular representation on all cross functional product meetings to provide as well as gather key program updates and cascade to the rest of the team
