Job Description - Cloud Support Engineer
CLOUD SUPPORT ENGINEER IRVING, TEXAS THE POSITION: ICS is hiring a Cloud Support Engineer to join our global software solutions client in the Irving, Texas area! This person provides 3rd line Azure and some hardware support with a focus on Service Delivery and Security. You will have extensive experience with Azure IaaS cloud technologies, who can work in a highly skilled team and providing operational support to our hosted Clients. You will also be a mentor to the Operations Engineer, providing guidance and support to our end users. You'll drive technical excellence, share your skills and knowledge with the team, and engage in steering technical direction. WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- 5+ years in an Cloud Infrastructure Support role
- Previous experience in providing Azure IaaS cloud support is essential with solid AAD, VM's, PowerShell and application gateways skills as part of it.
- Microsoft Azure certified is highly preferred
- Interpersonal & Relationship management skills are essential.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to respond well to time pressure and deadlines.
- Demonstrate resilience and the ability to influence and collaborate with internal teams whilst under client pressure.
