- Designing and developing ETL solutions using Ab initio/Teradata.
- Prepare and review test data and execute detailed test plans; complete any required debugging
- Promote an environment that supports innovation
- Identify and reuse of ETL components and services to avoid duplicative implementations
- Creating data warehouse, designing related extraction, loading data functions, testing designs, ensuring smooth running of applications, data modelling
- Designing best ETL process, designing database on many forms like snowflake schemas or star, creating workflows and mapping it with daily requirements, providing data reports and fixing bugs
- Minimum 8 years' experience of working on ETL (Ab initio/Tera data), Unix, and Autosys.
- Experience extracting, transforming and loading data into tables as part of Data Warehouse development with high complex Data models of Relational, Star, and Snowflake schema.
- Experience with joins, sub queries, and set operations.
- Experience writing UNIX shell scripts.
- Experience fixing data quality issues
- Experience preparing test cases and executing Unit Testing
- Experience writing scripts using Teradata SQL per requirements.
- Knowledge of ODI Architecture and development in medium to large scale data warehouse environments
