This position can be based in any of our US offices with preference to our 222 West Las Colinas Boulevard, Irving, Texas, 75039 office. The Account Executive will be a frontline player that is responsible for customer retention and new business growth for The International Roofing Expo (IRE). This role will be responsible for meeting revenue targets with our customers and attracting new customers through top-of-the-line customer service.This role will be expected to sell to a variety of customers, from large key accounts to independent small and medium customers.Role Accountability and Duties:Generate and seek new business opportunities and expanded sales opportunities with our current customers through customer intelligence, attendance at industry-related events and market analysisSell to customers across products and revenue streams, meeting and exceeding assigned revenue targetsAdopt team sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics based on customer feedbackMeets with Sales Manager to implement sales strategy for assigned territory which includes client touchpoints and approach, sales presentations and packages, capitalizing on market trends and their direction.Generate and seek new business leads, through customer intelligence, cold calling, attendance at industry-related events and market analysisNegotiate effectively, proactively handling customer objections.Work with the Sales Manager and relevant teams in relation to key customers and floor placementMaintain accurate pipeline, sales activity and customer information within SalesforceIn partnership with Sales Manager and sales team, performs market research and contributes to sales strategies accordingly including call, email and field meetings; research client needs and creates a one-stop solution to their marketing and sales strategy.Maintains strong industry credibility through visible attendance at trade shows and other product presentations, staying up to date on new developments.
