The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for managing their respective contracts and billable hours. The Behavior Analyst is responsible for submitting information for administrative components such as billing reports, clinical reports, etc. You will foster a culture that is Caring, Accountable, Collaborative, and Family Focused.What we are looking for!

Certification: Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis - BCBA, per BACB guidelines

Licensure: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable (TX and OK required)

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field

Experience with children on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities in a clinical setting

Passionate about clinical quality and client progress, which drives decision making and best practices in the field

Exceptional organization, multi-tasking, and communication skills

Strong analytical thinker, data-driven, client-centered, culturally competent, and an effective communicator

Strong leadership skills
