- Data and Analytics Safety and Soundness Platform Lead Business Analyst
- This role resides within the NAM Engineering Risk and Controls Technology team to support the Global Data and Analytics organization. It reports to the Safety and Soundness Platform Lead. Technology Safety and Soundness is a series of controls and supporting processes that reinforces the core organizational focus on effectively managing risk.
- Be a primary creator of User Stories for the Product Owner of the SSURM (Safety and Soundness Unified Reporting and Monitoring) platform
- Work with User experience teams and stakeholders and users to identify enhancement ideas to identify meaningful iterative enhancements
- Interact with and maintain JIRA
- Provide analysis and meaningful interpretation of data to stimulate meaningful dialogue and decision making
- Contributes to and / or creates internal communications; creates and prepares reports, metrics and presentations
- Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
- Develop organizational trust and confidence through accurate, timely, and transparent communication and work products
- Conduct Demos and Educational Sessions on the Platform on occasion
- 2 to 4 Business Analysis Experience
- Minimum 1 to 3 years working knowledge of Risk Controls with technology and/or operational risk practices within client or other large firms
- Exposure to front-end technologies like Angular, React, Node JS etc. would be ideal
- Experience working with mid-to-senior level managers in an analytical, data, or technology capacity where work products were used to drive business decisions
- Effective project management skills
- Effective influencing, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals
- Demonstrated ability to provide accurate, informative, and concise communications
- Functional knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's or University degree or Comparable experience
