We provide the critical technical foundation for Client's operations through the infrastructure that runs business and general user computing services. We do this by working as one-team to deliver high quality, reliable and modern infrastructure technologies at the right cost. We drive to optimize the functionality and capability of the infrastructure technologies.This position is an integral part of Business Operations, enabling technology managers across the organization to effectively manage their resources and deliver their commitments in support of CTIs strategy, goals and performance metrics. by overseeing the commercial aspects of CTI. This is achieved through the provision of commercial aspects of CTI including program and project management, analytics and reporting (including expense and productivity), workforce, real estate, supplier management, leadership and talent development, including entry level and pipeline programs, and employee engagement and communications.Must Have Skills / Experience Levels:

  • Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access or other analytical tools to provide executive management level reporting.

Role DescriptionThe purpose of the role is to provide support to the CTI team by effectively leading and analyzing information reporting.As a Business Management Analyst, you will support decision-making processes, solve problems on hand, optimize processes, and drive improvements across CTI.You will frequently use critical thinking to provide project support and analysis to further drive CTI businesses.Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the business environment for new opportunities and maintain or contribute to data gathering, generation, and distribution of reports
  • Create and prepare reports, metrics and presentations across the business and partner with key stakeholders, senior management and data content providers, to review content quality and discuss developments
  • Apply comprehensive understanding of how multiple areas collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
  • Handle the submission of report content and review upcoming deliverables to ensure they are being actioned appropriately and are received in a timely manner
  • Review upcoming application improvements to understand impact of changes and ensure that the proper actions have been taken to accommodate the changes
  • Ensure all documentation is up to date and carry out reporting and analytics initiatives
  • Exhibit sound understanding of concepts and principles in own area and a basic knowledge of concepts and principles in other technology areas
  • Stakeholder Management and People Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between various CTI businesses providing direction and support on CTI goals and key initiatives
  • Champion the dynamic relationship between the CTI reporting groups and other key individuals to cultivate partnerships and collaboration to drive outstanding results
  • Directly impact the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others; impacts own team and closely related work teams by providing mentoring and training to junior members of the team
  • Actively strive towards self-development by creating and following development plans based on discussions with management
