The Change management architect will be responsible for developing, initiating and driving change management efforts using structured problem solving methodologies across the Data Fabric and Onboarding organization, and supporting similar efforts at the GFT level. The ideal candidate has experience in implementing & driving change in large organizations using industry best practices for engagement, communication, coaching and facilitation. The individual in this role is expected to partner with cross-functional teams, along with managing a small team of like-minded professionalsResponsibilitiesDrive change management efforts/initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional leads, using structured problem solving methodologies like Design Thinking and process re-engineering frameworks

Define and implement appropriate environment drivers to help accelerate and streamline delivery of client-centric solutions, drive consistent technology use, support transformation strategy, through continuous process improvements and eventually contribute in reducing turn-around time for the implementation of high impact changes

Help the team maintain a big picture focus across different delivery streams/initiatives, along with ensuring cross-functional collaboration is given its due from a pivot standpoint

Define and maintain an org wide functional/reference architecture and use it to drive change initiatives and perform impact assessment

Put in place strategies and approaches for how consumer asks are effectively prioritized and fulfilled. Help the team in putting together delivery roadmaps and transition/migration plans where required and as appropriate

Build processes, methods, tools and reports that will enable and empower the team to make informed release decisions including changes that enable continuous delivery

Help in putting together change management principles and guidelines for the bank wide data warehouse team, including frameworks for gap analysis and issue management

Partner with the business, GESISIS's data transformation, consumption, tooling and governance streams in effectively managing and implementing changes, evaluating impact of the changes and organizational readiness to limit potential risks, devise meaningful SLAs and provide actionable guidelines

Introduce and train team members on effective methods and techniques for process and data analysis, gap analysis, scenario analysis, impact analysis, and strategy definition

Help the team adopt agile delivery processes and cut non-value adding activities

Define frameworks and methods around portfolio management, to guide the team in moving towards a model of automated pipeline and ensure changes are propagated to production safely

Provide

Meet with users, stakeholders, technical partners, management on regular basis on planning and implementations of future releases including owning engagement models for interaction opportunities for test automation

Contribute and partner in implementing a common Capacity Management framework across all the infrastructure components of the warehousing solution

Define and design change management dashboards that helps convey the overall state of various change management initiatives including monitoring of key KPIs, KRIs and SLAs associated with them

Provide leadership to junior level staff and establish performance goals aligned to the organization's priorities

Identify and rationalize tools for book of work management, requirements management and ways in which front to back lineage can be established without manual efforts

Measure and monitor progress/success of change management efforts and tweak future efforts accordingly

Interact with senior management to share and present ongoing and future change management initiatives

Integrates, monitors and controls interdependencies across all transition and transformation projects to achieve optimal delivery

QualificationsA solid understanding of how organization units and people within it, go through a change and the change process

Working experience in problem solving methodologies

Over 10 years of experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent active listening skills

Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships

Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere

Forward looking with a holistic approach

Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics

Problem solving and root cause identification skills

Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
