MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. 2 or more years Change Management experience, must work well in a team environment, must take direction well and follow-thru to completion of the effort. Must have good interpersonal skills. Must possess good data management skills, must know Microsoft Office Suite very well, must be moderately skilled in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, G-Mail and G-Calendar. DESIRED SKILLS: -BS/BA degree in related discipline (i.e. business, marketing, communications, Computer Science). -ITIL Foundation Certification. -Work with internal and contractor teams to create Change Requests in customers IT Change Management system. -Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities. -Ability to think analytically and follow through in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams; strong follow-through, the ability to implement tasks and communicate to the team on all matters within Change Management. A background in IT Change Management utilizing Change Management practices based on ITIL. Experience working in a structured IT organization using Change Management tools such has Remedy, BMC, others. -Team player with a high-energy level and diligent work ethic, ability to meet or exceed deadlines, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ability to organize and prioritize activities. -Moderate skills in G Suite (e.g., Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and Microsoft Suite (Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). - Strong Skills in Change Management tools such as Remedy, BMC, others JOB DUTIES: As a Change Manager, your focus may include but not be limited to: -Managing the CR's (Change Requests) from various project teams inputting, monitoring, tracking, and updating the Change Request for the duration of the change event and capturing all necessary information to successfully closeout the Change Request after the work is performed -Manages multiple requests from cross functional project teams, set timelines, follow-up open action items and communicate results. -Reports on Change Management progress throughout the project lifecycle or specific phases. -Communicates major milestones and identifies potential change risks; conducts or participates in regular status meetings to review change activities. -Sets and manages stakeholder expectations, managing and escalating changes. -Builds relationships with key stakeholders and project resources to drive key decisions, drive progress and ensure timely change requests in-advance of need and change closing within the client required timeblock.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: ITIL Foundation Certification, any training in the area of IT Change Management. Project Management Certification is optional. LOGISTICS: Shift: Standard shift Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Overtime is possible and if needed, you are expected to work overtime. The project covers North America, activities in other time zones may require that Standard Time align with the team Project Work Time per site which may include the local Site Time.
