The

HR Total Rewards Project Managerwill play an integral role in enabling delivery of HR programs with a specific focus on Total Rewards and HRIS. Reporting to the SVP of Total Rewards and HRIS, the Project Manager will use a broad knowledge of ’s HR processes and best practices to ensure the timely deliver of projects, ensure communications are managed in a timely fashion and will be called up to provide additional support for HR, Compensation and Systems projects.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Total Rewards Project Manager role should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience
  • 2-4years in an HR or Project Operations role
  • Practical understanding and experience of HR processes
  • Working knowledge of Compensation/HRIS/Payroll and HR
  • Strong desire to learn about and partner on Compensation and System initiatives
  • Basic project management experience and a desire to grow this skillset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Basic reporting and analytics experience
  • Intermediate-level user of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously

Requirements

Strong Analytical ability, acute attention to detail, strong command of written and spoken communication skills.Powerpoint expertise a PLUS Broad understanding of how HR operates.Position will be expected to learn about compensation and systems, but it is not necessary to have these skills upon hire.
