Description

We have a client that needs someone to pull reports available through RingCentral, which is the technology used in their contact center, and analyze the data. This is a fairly specialized role, if you have any experience creating reports or dashboards in RingCentral or Aspect and interpreting the information pulled this would be a good role for you.

POSITION: CONTACT CENTER ANALYST (RINGCENTRAL)

LOCATION: REMOTE

DURAITON: 6 MONTHS

RATE: $45-$50 HOURLY

Requirements

This person will be leveraging the reporting system with RingCentral to identify peaks in call volume, evaluate talk time, determine if the call centers are staffed appropriately, figure out what can be automated

Utilize change control procedures and processes

• Determine and translate business requirements into solutions

• Define comprehensive requirements for system and process enhancements and changes

• Document reports and obtain approval

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards

• Perform testing on processes / applications including test planning, test execution, management of defect remediation, and documentation of test results

• Work with colleagues, clients, and vendors to interpret, exchange, and/or document administrative and technical information

• Work independently with minimal direct supervision; prioritize multiple objectives and initiatives; and exercise independent judgment to obtain optimal results

• Work significant and/or unique issues where analysis of data requires the evaluation of intangibles

• Share information willingly when appropriate; recognize confidential information and handle with discretion

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be proactive and solutions-oriented business professional with the ability to interface with all levels of management across business units and functions.

Must have RingCentral, Aspect, or any substantial telephony/call center experience
