Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pmPay Rate – $18-$20/hour
The project should be starting by next month or in January 2019
You will be recruiting for large classes of Customer Service individuals with Property & Casualty experience. The CSR’s handle agent/customer inquiries, billing issues & transactions.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Marketing plan consultation, development and implementation
Budget management and reporting
Partnership with agency owners and sales leaders.
Agency consultations include
Helping agencies leverage national marketing programs
Selecting and effectively executing locally developed marketing and customer retention programs, campaigns, and processes.
Build relationships to drive activity and results
Establish metrics and leverage measurement data to report on program success and alignment to company strategy.
The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of Marketing ore related business experience. Having a degree with a Marketing concentration preferred. Ideally have traditional and digital marketing experience. Insurance industry experience a plus. Must be comfortable with MS Office Excel, Word and Power Point. Advanced organization and project/program management skills required.
