- Experience in Managing managed deliveries for multiple projects with different technologies and acting as Single point of contact from Delivery Perspective
- Providing Regular status reports to client Stakeholders, Manage the customer expectations for the given engagement and Ensure End to end Delivery and Governance
- Focus on measuring Metrics and performance of Project Teams Service Improvement, Problem Management and Transformation activities
- Someone who has exposure working in offshore before coming onsite is preferred
- Experience working with Banking clients is preferred
- Should have experience identifying new project opportunities within current landscape
- Work with Practice /Solution teams to provide the Presales support
- Should have experiencing Staffing team and selecting the right team members for the project
- Should be a People Manager with right Attitude to manage and help team when needed.
- Manage the Attritions and New Onboardings efficiently
