Day To Day:

  • Primary responsibility is user support and customer service. Be present and visible within available to users requiring technical assistance.
  • Respond to questions from callers and walk-ins; remotely assist customers with technical problems from any Client location.
  • Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment.
  • Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
  • Ability to replace or upgrade hardware and software.
  • Follow standard Service Delivery operating procedures; accurately log all Service Delivery request using the ServiceNow ticket system.
  • Enforce all IT policies and procedures.

Must-haves Skills:

  • Basic Troubleshooting of Laptops/Printers/phones, etc
  • Knowledge of any ticketing system - they have ServiceNow
  • White glove customer service experience - customer service will be important
  • MS Office support experience
  • 3-5 years of experience
