- Primary responsibility is user support and customer service. Be present and visible within available to users requiring technical assistance.
- Respond to questions from callers and walk-ins; remotely assist customers with technical problems from any Client location.
- Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment.
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
- Ability to replace or upgrade hardware and software.
- Follow standard Service Delivery operating procedures; accurately log all Service Delivery request using the ServiceNow ticket system.
- Enforce all IT policies and procedures.
- Basic Troubleshooting of Laptops/Printers/phones, etc
- Knowledge of any ticketing system - they have ServiceNow
- White glove customer service experience - customer service will be important
- MS Office support experience
- 3-5 years of experience
