Business Office support role responsible for the manual cost recovery process associated with public cloud billing, new staff onboarding, and monthly reporting and presentations. Support role will be heavily engaged with the business sectors in defining monthly outlooks and forecasts associated with the costs of public cloud, monthly actualization of expenses, and allocation of costs across multiple cost centers. In addition, the resource will focus on streamlining the onboarding process for new employees to eliminate the two week lag between start and access to client systems. Resource will manage monthly reporting and operational review updates, and build ad hoc presentations when requested.

RequirementsTo support this, we are seeking a business manager with effective communication skills and a desire to learn and be involved. Key qualifications include: Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on executive presentations Ability to organize and track projects and efforts in a number of tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) while driving efforts to completion Experience in process improvement and process re-engineering Experience across Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel Creative problem solving - define strategic solutions for common challenges like recruiting, project funding, or people management Financial acumen a plus
