Join eXcell!We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Technician L1 to join our client, a software company, for an on-site position in Irving, TX. Responsibilities:
- Imaging laptops
- Supporting users
- Support sales force-front line
- Provide password changes
- Use of Windows Office and Cloud
- Providing good customer service
- MAC and PC and Linux ( Linux is not critical)
- Prep the machine for the users
- Ticketing system experience
- A+ is a plus
- Knowledge of O365, cloud and on-prem
- Salesforce - mostly reinstalls
- Knowledge of MS Teams, Sharepoint and Office suite
- Strong fundamentals with IT
- Must follow process provided
- Good customer service skills
- Power shell scripting ability a plus
- Experience with Teams, Zoom, and Office 365
- Work hours M-F, 8am-5pm
