HR Analyst - Entry Level Locations: Irving, TX, Basking Ridge, NJ, or Alpharetta, GA This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager. The workers will need to be in the office once per quarter if commuting to Basking Ridge, NJ or once every 6 months if commuting to Hidden Ridge (Irving, TX) or Alpharetta, GA locations. MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

  • Work experience, coursework, or internship in an area related to Human Resources, Talent Acquisition (e.g. assessment and selection, recruiting, staffing), Business, Talent Management, Learning & Development or Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Google's G Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree. DESIRED SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business or Human Resources.
  • Graduate coursework or degree in Psychology, Business or Human Resources. - Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Baseline knowledge of legal issues in employment and selection.
  • Experience manipulating data and creating graphical representations of data analyses. JOB DUTIES: In this role, you'll have the opportunity to help a Fortune 20 company execute its strategic talent initiatives, assisting with attracting and recruiting top candidates from around the globe. You'll help us optimize our job posting process by reviewing, updating and editing job postings in addition to assisting with other initiatives for talent acquisition and internal talent management.
  • Reviewing and revising job postings for compliance and brand voice.
  • Collaborating and educating recruiters and other internal partners on compliance, brand voice and system/process changes.
  • Developing and maintaining a job library, documentation and other data files for record-keeping and internal training and reporting.
  • Assisting with data entry and presentation preparation for special projects in Talent Acquisition/Talent Management. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business or Human Resources preferred.
  • Graduate coursework or graduate degree in Psychology, Business or Human Resources preferred.
