In Asia, Citi Global Wealth serves over 150,000 clients with its platforms residing within Hong Kong, Singapore, and the International Personal Banking franchises, and offers services to on and offshore clients.Overview of the RoleThe IT Business Senior Analyst is responsible for liaising between business and cross-functional teams to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology teams. This is a seasoned professional role that provides critical oversight and support for Citi’s transformation regulatory commitments in Citi Global Wealth Technology. Partners closely with key stakeholders including Transformation/Integration Leads, Citi Private Bank (CPB) Technology Teams and other critical cross functional impacted technology groups in analysis, oversight, and reporting activities. Additionally, will ensure smooth and consistent identification of risks, issues and challenges of the program and create action plans to execute regulatory commitments. Responsible to support the CGW Transformation Governance Lead in planning activities including scope assessment, dependency mapping, gap analysis, risk assessment and status reporting. Identify and manage dependencies between program, interactions with the various transformation pillars, and execute plans for resolution.Responsibilities:
Responsible for analysis and management support on program driven integration initiatives for the CGW consent order book of work.
Consult with stakeholders to solve complex issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and regulatory standards and recommends solutions
Analyze large and diverse data sets to generate insights and support business with data driven decision making processes.
Establish and generate reporting metrics and performance indicators to monitor the effectiveness of the governance processes.
Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
Skills Required:
Strong communications skills and facilitation experience across all levels of leadership
Sound knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite, MS Power Point, Visio a plus
Advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and formulas
Knowledge of enterprise project tracking system and agile delivery tools (PTS 2.0, PTS cube, JIRA, and Confluence) preferred
Experience in Data Analysis to navigate through various data and summarize for better consumption
Proficient in creating presentations for senior stakeholders’ consumption
Ability to take on the work with minimum guidance and lead as own initiatives
Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
Flexible and adaptable
Qualifications:
5+ years relevant experience in an IT Analyst role with commensurate people management experience.
Experience in Data Analysis
