This position drives team performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable state & federal laws.Job Duties

30% - Supervises and coordinates activities of staff engaged in Loss Mitigation activities.

20% - Manage vendors to ensure performance and compliance to company objectives and procedures.

10% - Plans, prepares, and devises work schedules according to workloads.

10% - Improves customer satisfaction and call quality by monitoring calls and providing feedback.

10% - Manages performance objectives of staff. Observes and evaluates performance, and provides and documents performance feedback through side-by-side coaching, goal setting and performance reviews.

10% - Communicates with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work.

05% - Appropriately addresses human resources issues, such as attendance and interpersonal conflicts in the workplace.

05% - Participates in the interviewing of staff, and makes hiring recommendations.

Qualifications - Education and Work Experience

Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate’s degree.

Four (4) years of collections/call center manager experience.

Previous automobile customer services experience a plus.

Experience managing bankruptcy vendors and/or departments

Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws.

Demonstrated knowledge of approved Loss Mitigation practices, policies and procedures.

Knowledge of impound and insurance; practices, policies and procedures
