Description Job Title: Manual QA TesterWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to join our dynamic software development team. The Manual QA Tester will be responsible for identifying and documenting bugs, issues, and inconsistencies in our software applications.Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
Working closely with the software development team to understand product functionalities, features, and technical details.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing.
Document testing phases and defects and report to development teams.
Monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.
Evaluate the product quality according to end user experience.
Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
Assure the reliability and consistency of software applications under different kinds of circumstances and user scenarios.
Provide assistance and guidance to other team members to resolve severe, complex issues that arise.
Requirements
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
Experience in project management and QA methodology.
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
Strong organizational skills.
