#LI-IST Day to Day job Duties Implementing adequate procedures around Log rotation/retention along with verification and update Execution of each phase of the project. Communicating with all stakeholders, Vendors, and service providers Must have strong knowledge of infrastructure and architecture Ability to be proactive, handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, prioritize, and manage numerous independent tasks and work effectively under pressure and communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms Participate in middleware automation activities and take lead to identify the opportunities to automate BAU (business as usual) tasks to eradicate manual efforts Basic Qualifications Need 7+ Years of experience in below technologies: IBM HTTP / IBM WebSphere ND, Liberty / Microsoft IIS / Apache tomcat / Nginx / Apache HTTP / Tomcat server, Oracle WebLogic server (Tuxedo & Salt - under certification) Need 7+ years experience in IBM WebSphere, Middleware Administration and Integration Experience in deployment and management of enterprise applications using WebSphere Process Server with different cluster configurations Need 7+ years experience in Experience in Web services (e.g., SOAP, UDDI, WSDL, etc.) and WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus events, problem determination, administration, and performance tuning, Storage and Backup of Middleware Need 7+ years experience in Troubleshooting, RCA and Performance testing and Optimization Ensure teams are building using modern practices and tools Need 7+ years experience in Know the service level agreements (SLA) and gauge how you are performing in relation to them Need 7+ years experience in Git/SVN usage, and CICD build Need 7+ years experience in strong understanding of software development life cycle Establish collaborative and productive relationships with product management, vendors, and other support teams High-availability configuration, and maintenance, including clustering and load balancing for WebLogic and works closely with development teams to build and launch new products, features, and programs Analyze all aspects of the existing infrastructure and recommend modifications that will enhance system reliability, availability, serviceability, and scalability Cultivate operational excellence within your teams Need 7+ years experience in Knowledge on Vulnerability Fixes, patching of the servers, Health Checking, Incident management, Server migrations, Server decommissions and Audit related activities Ensure that you are providing timely resolution of identified production defects to stakeholders Nice to Have Excellent communication, Organizational and time-management skills
