Our client helps customers harness the power of the Microsoft cloud and innovative technologies such as, artificial intelligence, machine learning, the Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain through customized solutions.Job Summary We are currently seeking a Modern Workplace Strategist/Change Management Consultant that can drive solutions around tools and processes that will transform a customer s business and that make a significant impact on collaboration and productivity. Responsibilities

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities within the defined scope of the project SOW.
  • Provide insight into new opportunities with the client based on knowledge learned during the engagement
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Support, lead, and drive communication efforts within the project deliverables both for and with the client organization / leaders
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
  • Assess the change impact
  • Conduct impact analyses assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support training efforts
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Complete change management assessments / including presales support activities
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Consult and coach project teams on the proper role of the Change Manager within the team structure
  • Support and engage senior leaders
  • Coach managers and supervisors
  • Coordinate efforts with other project team members
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan by working with the Project Manager
  • Support change management at the organizational level
  • Educate customers about how Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, especially Teams and Microsoft Viva, work in context to their business.
  • Facilitate Change Management Workshops with a framework designed to help organizations understand how the Office 365 platform can be successfully configured and rolled out so that business sees increased collaboration and improved productivity. This includes:
    • Use case generation to Evaluation
    • Selection
    • Strategic approach
  • Change Management consulting and implementation services, especially as it relates to Microsoft Teams and Office 365. This includes:
    • Training design and delivery, including training asset development (e.g., Quickstart cards, FAQs)
    • Communications planning, drafting, and delivery
    • Stakeholder engagement, including Early Adopter and Champion programs
Skills & Experience
  • At least five years consulting experience in the areas of management consulting, customer success consulting or modern workplace training
  • Prosci certification is strongly preferred
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Able to facilitate workshops and training sessions User adoption planning and implementation
  • Some Modern Workplace experience is strongly preferred, either in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Viva, Power Apps and Power Automate Some technical proficiency with Teams is helpful (governance, security)
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
